20 Second Fitness Week 6

20 Second Fitness week 6; I have had a rough couple of weeks physically. I was unable to work out last week and will only be able to participate in the recovery work out for the next couple of weeks. I am not giving up I will keep going it will just take longer than expected. I really love this program and will continue to use it. I love the fast, motivating work outs and miss it terribly when I am unable to perform. I totally recommend this program to anyone who is looking to save time working out or wanting to start a new plan.
