Make a fun and simple treat for Easter!

If you are looking for a fun way to spruce up the regular Rice Krispies Treat here is something that is fun and easy to do. I know right now you can find the Rice Krispies Treat Eggs filled with M&M’s recipe everywhere. This is a simple recipe that children love to make and eat. Make fun shaped Rice Krispies Treats for Easter.
I made those but my son and I also made cute spring shaped treats that are the idea size for 1 serving. Here is what I did.
I made the traditional recipe:
3 Tablespoons margarine
4 Cups miniature marshmallows
6 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
In a large saucepan melt the margarine over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.Remove from heat. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
I use plastic cookie cutters (Spring shaped) sprayed with Pam for the shapes. Spray hands with Pam so the mixture doesn’t stick. I put the cookie cutters upside down and filled with the mixture-make sure it is cool enough to handle. Press the mixture to fill the cookie cutter.
Flip the cookie cutter over and remove.
Viola! Super Fun Shaped Rice Krispies Treats . I love this idea! It is great for any holiday just use different shapes. You can also decorate to your liking. I personally love them dipped in melted chocolate!

I envy women who know how to make fun cookies, krispy treats and stuff, coz when it comes to baking, I will fail.. I will cook variety of dishes though.
