Your sense of smell and how it affects you is a powerful thing.  Think about how a completely horrible smell can completely ruin your day.  On the flip side, how a pleasant scent can improve it, or help you recall a memory.  This is aromatherapy in action in your life!  Kristen Peters is a certified holistic health coach and certified aromatherapist who takes the body’s reaction to different scents and harnesses that power to help improve your health both inside your body and outside of it!  Savory Savings got a chance to select a custom blend to review – check out her thoughts on her Uplifting/Stress Relief Blend!  If you are looking for ideas of what you  could get help with, think of these and then make your own list:

  • Relaxation
  • Mood enhancement
  • Sleep
  • Muscle Aches
  • Alertness

If this sounds like something you would like to try – you are in luck!  One lucky reader will receive a custom aromatherapy spray from Kristen Peters!  Enter with the Giveaway Tool below for your chance to win!  This giveaway will run from May 9, 2013 at 5 PM CST and run through May 23, 2013 at 8 PM CST.  It is open to US Residents only and for those ages 18 and older.
