Words can’t even express how much I certainly love these products. I have used several of these products, and I can tell you they are high quality products that are simple and delicious to use. A couple of my family’s favorites are the Oatmeal Jumbles Cookie Mix and the Coconutty Macaroon Cookie Mix.

Shirley J C2

I made the Oatmeal Jumbles first I added some semi-sweet chocolate chips and Craisins in the mix, and it took these cookies over the top. They came out soft, chewy and full of flavor. I don’t think the cookies lasted an whole day in my house. Now my FAVORITE item of everything that I have tried is the Coconutty Macaroon Cookie Mix. I lived in Europe for 3 years, and my favorite bakery sold these humongous macaroons. They were crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside-they were out of this world delicious. I have since tried several recipes and haven’t  been able to get the perfect macaroon until I tried the Shirley J mix.

The macaroons turned out exactly like the European ones I used to get. They are slightly crunchy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The best part is the only thing I had to add to the mixture was hot water.

Additionally, all of these products offer excellent homemade flavor and use minimal ingredients. The Chicken Bouillon tastes like slow cooked homemade chicken broth.  The Whisk Bliss Original is extremely versatile you can make gravy,  alfredo, and more with it. I am  a huge fan of Shirley J products and will be buying more of them. Shirley J has a huge range of products that would be perfect for holiday celebrations or ideal for holiday gift giving.
