It is hard to believe it is March already, it seems this year has passed so quickly. 2014 has not started out the best for me it has been stressful, overwhelming, and quiet challenging. I am doing my best to keep it going and staying positive, but it has taken a toll on me both mentally and physically. Unfortunately, when I am stressed out I gain weight. I am not an emotional eater, and I eat pretty healthy, it is just how my body reacts to stress and I hate it. I have tried everything I know to avoid the stress trap and the weight gain, but my body apparently has a mind of its own. Having said that, it is the perfect time to take control over the stress because it isn’t going to disappear based on my situation. It is the perfect time for a change I have joined the Skinnygirl healthy habits 30 day challenge.
