Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin
Welcome to Tasty Tuesday! This week’s recipe is one of my favorites for Fall it is Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin. It is very simple to make, but the taste is out of this world!

Here is what you need:

Pork Loin (2 pounds)
Salt & Pepper
1 Can whole cranberry sauce
Juice from 1 orange
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork loin in pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
While the pork is cooking, put cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in a sauce pan. Heat on medium until the ingredients are blended and smooth.
Glaze the pork loin with the cranberry glaze and cook for 20 more minutes or until done.
