Roasted Chicken Salad with Pears and Walnuts

My husband and I are both thrilled with HelloFresh. We had a great time cooking and eating the delicious meals together. There was a couple of things we did substitute because I have food allergies. For the shrimp meal, we used cod and left the walnuts off of the salad. As you can see the meals look beautiful, and I can tell you, they tasted even better. Additionally, HelloFresh introduced us to some ingredients that we have never tried like couscous.
