I need practical and quick guidance that I can use throughout the day to increase the love. connections and joy in my life, and I found it in this book.

I absolutely love this book it is just what I need to connect better with the people that I love, in addition to guiding me to take better care of myself by acceptance, forgiveness and compassion. It also guides me to be more aware of my actions towards myself. I know when I am overwhelmed and stressed I give all I have to my family and ignore my own needs. I also find the reflection questions to be very insightful while also providing guidance to look a little deeper into life. Additionally, the how did it go questions encourages growth and insights to feelings and actions.
At the end of each month there is a monthly review page that asked several questions such as:

What did you learn about yourself?
