I use a basic envelope system with them categorized by: Health & Beauty, Grocery, Baby, Doggie Stuff, Air Freshening, Cleaning Supplies and Cereal. Not too sophisticated but it works for me.

I have a binder with baseball card sheets inside to keep everything organized. Expired coupons get sent to a Marine base overseas (they can still use coupons for up to two months past the expiration date)

I have a zipped binder with alphabetized tabs and sheet inserts. Once coupons have expired that I haven’t used, I send them overseas to the troops. Military can use coupons up to six months past the expiration date. It’s a win-win for me; I save money and I get to help military families save money. 🙂
