S’more Poppers Recipe

Spread the love

If you know anything about me, it is probably my love for S’mores. Yes, ย it is true I love S’mores soย  much I think they should be their own food group. I just can’t get enough of the gooey marshmallow, smooth melted chocolate and crunchy graham. I recently started a ย lifestyle change (diet), so I don’t get the opportunity to enjoy these tasty treats. However, I found a recipe that fits perfectly into my lifestyle change while also fulfilling my strong passion for a S’more. Spencer made these for me as a surprise, and they are delightful little bits of heaven!

S'mores Poppers

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

3 graham crackers, coarsely crumbled

18 toothpicks

18 regular size marshmallows

1. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass bowl; microwave on high for 1 minute or until almost melted. Stir until smooth.

2. Place graham cracker pieces in a small shallow dish.

3. Pierce 1 toothpick in the top of each marshmallow. Roll each marshmallow in the chocolate-leave the end uncoated. Immediately roll into the graham crackers. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
