Nerd Block JR

I had the pleasure to review the Nerblock Jr. (boy version) box this month. My son and grandson love geeky and gamer things so I figured this would be a great box for them. My son and I did an unboxing video that you could see below.

Nerdblock Jr. is $13.99 a month, and you can choose between a girl and boy version. The box we received had five items geared towards younger children 5+.

Here are the items we received:

Nerd Block JR

Iron Man 3 Action Figure
Puzzle Erasers
Nerd Block Jr. Slap Watch
Penguins of Madagascar Comic Book
Character Building Micro-FigureNerd Block JR

The Iron Man 3 action figure is an action figure that would make a good gift or stocking stuffer. It is a good quality toy that is perfect for superhero fans.
The Puzzle Erasers are perfect for students who like puzzles and need erasers. The erasers split into several pieces, and you can take them apart and rebuild them while using them. There are two in the package I received.
The Nerdblock slap watch is perfect for kids who are learning to tell time or just want to have a watch. The slap watch is a little hard and heavy so be aware. The watch itself feels pretty durable though.
The Comic book is great for fans of Madagascar and makes a great collection item for kids. It also contains a poster that you can take out and put on your child’s wall.
The Micro figure is not built in the package. It had four small pieces that snapped together. There is a variety of figures to collect if you buy more packages. The figure is about the size of a lego figure.

Overall the box would be great for some between the ages of 5-8, in my opinion. I didn’t see anything very amazing. I think this box contained mostly items you could put for stocking stuffers. I know my grandsons will love some of these items. It will make them very happy. I think the box is worth the value since the Iron Man figure is most likely at least $8 retail value. Plus watches are at least $10 for children. This box would be the perfect gift for any child in your life. Whether you live in the same house or if you live across the country. I know my grandchildren would love to receive this box every month. You can connect with Nerdblock JR. on the website, Facebook, and Twitter.
