It is hard to believe it is almost July! The weather in Colorado has been extremely unpredictable with rain and chilly weather, so we have been spending more time that usual indoors. Since the weather has been so unpredictable, our plans for celebrating July 4th have to be flexible. This year we are going to be celebrating July 4th with SweetWorks candy to add extra colors, flavors and decoration to our celebration. One thing that my family loves no matter what the weather is ice cream. You really can’t go wrong having it for dessert whether it is hot or rainy. It is super versatile, and everyone can customize their own red, white and blue sundaes. SweetWorks has a vast array of candy such Sixlets, Gumballs, Pearls, Star Shaped Candy, and more that are not only perfect for sundae toppings but are also ideal for a candy buffet.

SweetWorks

Here is a sneak peek of our SweetWorks candy spread for our July 4th celebration.
We used a couple of different ice cream flavors for our sundaes. Vanilla ice cream is always a staple because the flavor is so versatile, we also used Red Velvet ice cream to add some more “red” to our sundaes. We also used strawberry topping, whipped cream, Sixlets, Gumballs, blue & white vanilla crumbles, star-shaped candy and more.

SweetWorks

As you can see, the sundaes are super festive, as well as, delicious. SweetWorks has an enormous selection of patriotic candy perfect for you 4th of July celebration! Whether you are making a dessert, hosting a candy buffet or more the candy from SweetWorks is sure to be a hit!
