Tiny Buddha 365 Tiny Love Challenges

I am very excited to share the release of the Tiny Buddha’s 365 Tiny Love Challenges book that came out today! I am always looking for ways to enhance and improve my life and relationships with those I love, but life gets in the way sometimes. This year, in particular, has been especially trying for me emotionally and physically. I have experienced an absorbent amount of stress and have found myself struggling with a lack of energy. I need practical and quick guidance that I can use throughout the day to increase the love. connections and joy in my life, and I found it in this book.

Tiny Buddha’s 365 Tiny Love Challenges by Lori Deschene offers 365 days of practical guidance to improve relationships, love, and increased happiness in your life. Every month offers a new theme such as acceptance, releasing anger, authenticity, and support. There are weekly inspirational stories from Tiny Buddha community members, as well as, questions for reflection and daily creative challenges. Some of the daily challenges include:

Write a list of three things you appreciate about yourself and put it where you can see it throughout the day.
Compliment someone who serves you whether it’s a waiter, a cashier or other person who serves you in some way.
Be aware of those around you who may be sad or in need of support and say something encouraging or something that will make them laugh.

I absolutely love this book it is just what I need to connect better with the people that I love, in addition to guiding me to take better care of myself by acceptance, forgiveness and compassion. It also guides me to be more aware of my actions towards myself. I know when I am overwhelmed and stressed I give all I have to my family and ignore my own needs. I also find the reflection questions to be very insightful while also providing guidance to look a little deeper into life. Additionally, the how did it go questions encourages growth and insights to feelings and actions.

At the end of each month there is a monthly review page that asked several questions such as:
Which challenges were the most helpful for you this month?
What challenges were the most difficult and why?
What did you learn about yourself?
What did you learn about the people in your life?
Did the challenges strengthen your relationship, if so how?
Did you identify any areas for improvement or growth?
